The Rugby League World cup is administered by International Rugby League. Bringing this exciting event to life and allowing fans all over the world to experience their favourite sport is administratively complex – expense management included.
The Rugby League approached Caxton for our support on the Rugby World Cup 2022. Due to complexities around budget approvals, this approach could only be made at two weeks ahead of the event.
“Ahmed was very helpful in sharing the different options around card types that Caxton would be able to supply us with, which enabled us to make a quick decision. It’s crucial to us that this works perfectly during such an important event, so we were pleased to have a thorough review of all options, as well as a contingency plan,” a representative for the organisation said.
Two new accounts were opened for the organisation within 48 hours of the first conversation, with ongoing support for the organisation during and after the event to ensure potential issues would be immediately spotted and rectified.
