Part of the Caxton commitment to excellence is listening to our employees to understand what they’re really thinking, and what we could do to make the Caxton experience even better. To do that, we’ve created an Employee Representative programme, making selected employees available to support, signpost and raise concerns.
Meeting on a monthly basis, the employee representatives have brought about changes in how we share good news with our employees and implemented Caxton employees’ ideas on how to bring the teams closer together. And when you join, you’ll get your own employee representative so you know who to speak to when you need something.
