The culture at Caxton is unlike most other businesses. As the first-ever fintech, we merge the high standards and fast pace of finance with the innovation and flexibility of tech. We’re not afraid of trying new things and even failing – as long as you fail fast, and don’t hide from it.
The most important piece is our customers, and every decision has to go through the rigorous test of “how does this impact our customers? Does it keep them and their data safe?”. And that’s how we put the human touch back in tech.
Part of the Caxton commitment to excellence is listening to our employees to understand what they’re really thinking, and what we could do to make the Caxton experience even better. To do that, we’ve created an Employee Representative programme, making selected employees available to support, signpost and raise concerns.
Meeting on a monthly basis, the employee representatives have brought about changes in how we share good news with our employees and implemented Caxton employees’ ideas on how to bring the teams closer together. And when you join, you’ll get your own employee representative so you know who to speak to when you need something.
“It’s a nice atmosphere. I can’t think of another company I’ve worked at where the leadership team tries to get honest feedback from their employees. You feel like your voice is being heard. Being an employee rep means that people trust that you will bring their concerns to the table, so it’s a lot of responsibility.”
Sounds like something you’d like to get involved in? We’re always looking for the right people to join us in bringing the future of payments to life. We’re a diverse company who understands the value people with different life experiences can bring to a team.
You’ll do well in Caxton if you are a curious person who’s ready to dive in rather than waiting for someone to tell you what to do. We like experience, but what we like even more is someone who’s ready to learn. Do you think you’re the one we need? Take a look at roles we’re looking for below.
