Card User

  1. The administrator of this account will activate your card, this is not something you can action.

  2. If your administrator has given you access rights to the platform, by assigning your email address as a login, you will get an email once they have activated your card. This will allow you to view your balance, pins and transactions on your Caxton Business Card.

  3. If not, the administrator should have communicated your pin to you for use as well as how much the card has been funded with.

  4. Please be sure your first transaction is chip and pin, not contactless for security reasons.

How to submit an expense

In this video, you will learn how to submit an expense via the Caxton business app.

  1. Log into the Caxton business app
  2. Click on the expense you wish to submitYou will be asked if you want to submit a receipt, click 'okay'
  3. Take a photo of your receipt
  4. Select the category the expense falls under
  5. Add any needed notes
  6. Tap 'submit expense' and wait for the 'expense claim submitted' confirmation
