Terms and Conditions

Caxton Business Account Ambassador Programme – Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility: The Ambassador Programme is open to selected Caxton business account clients who have been invited by Caxton based on their engagement and suitability. We welcome requests to join the ambassador programme – request via b2bcorpsupport@caxton.io 
  2. Commitment: Ambassadors are required to dedicate approximately 6-12 hours annually to activities such as testing payment software, providing feedback, participating in innovation meetings, and occasional calls with prospects. 
  1. Perks: Ambassadors can choose their reward, either 
  • A free Caxton Red travel card (for personal use) and £30 credited after each activity performed, subject to participation. 

OR 

  • An annual credit of £400 (or equivalent margin reduction) will be applied to the Ambassador’s business account invoice after 12 months of active participation. 
  1. Ambassador Responsibilities: 
  • Responding to requests for testing 
  • Complete testing and provide feedback via questionnaires and calls. 
  • Attend innovation meetings (online or in-person as required). 
  • Share testimonials, case studies, or act as a reference for prospective clients when requested. 
  1. Exclusivity: Ambassadors agree to maintain confidentiality of any pre-release information, roadmaps, or features shared by Caxton. An NDA may be required. 
  1. Termination: Caxton reserves the right to discontinue an individual’s participation in the programme at any time if terms are not met or if the programme is revised. 
  1. Non-Transferable Benefits: Rewards and perks provided as part of the Ambassador Programme are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. 
  1. Changes to the Programme: Caxton reserves the right to modify or terminate the Ambassador Programme, its benefits, or these terms at any time with reasonable notice. 
  1. Liability: Caxton is not responsible for any loss, damage, or liability incurred as a result of participation in the programme.
