  1. De beheerder van dit account zal uw kaart activeren, u kunt hier geen actie op ondernemen.

  2. Als uw beheerder u toegangsrechten tot het platform heeft gegeven, ontvangt u, door uw e-mailadres als login toe te wijzen, een e-mail zodra zij uw kaart hebben geactiveerd. Hiermee kunt u uw saldo, pinnen en transacties op uw Caxton Business Card bekijken.

  3. Als dit niet het geval is, heeft de beheerder u uw pincode doorgegeven voor gebruik, evenals het bedrag waarmee op de kaart is gefinancierd.

  4. Zorg ervoor dat uw eerste transactie met chip en pin plaatsvindt en om veiligheidsredenen niet contactloos is.

Een onkostendeclaratie indienen

In deze video leert u hoe u een declaratie kunt indienen via de zakelijke app van Caxton.
  1. Log in op de Caxton zakelijke app
  2. Klik op de declaratie die u wilt indienen. Er wordt u gevraagd of u een betalingsbewijs wilt indienen, klik op 'oké'
  3. Maak een foto van uw kassabon
  4. Selecteer de categorie waar de uitgave onder valt
  5. Voeg eventueel benodigde notities toe
  6. Tik op 'declaratie indienen' en wacht op de bevestiging 'declaratie ingediend'.
