Account Admins can map Xero accounts to corresponding wallets in just a few steps, reducing manual errors and saving time. This automation also supports multiple currencies, ensuring global business needs are met.
Easy management of multi-currency
Managing currency in one account is easy with Caxton. To maintain clear values of each balance, Xero requires each balance to be its own Xero account. Please be aware that Xero requires you to have the "Comprehensive" pricing plan to manage multi-currency.
The Caxton system will give you a warning message if your plan does not support multi currency. If you are reconciling GBP only, any Xero plan should work.
Your set up, your way
Account Admins can decide how to group accounts—combining balances or linking individual wallets. They can also specify the date range for imported transactions, up to a year prior.
Post-setup, Admins can manage or unlink connections with ease. Updates to wallets or cards trigger automatic syncing to keep records accurate.
