This is a promotion for schools that activate a new Caxton Business Account. For a limited time, the promotion is get £50 credit when signing up for 5 cards or more with Caxton Expense Management, or £100 for activating 10 cards or more. 

The Caxton Education Offer ("Promotion") runs from 30 October 2024 to 10 January 2025 ("Promotion Period").

The promotion is open to schools that are new to Caxton Business and must sign up for at least 5 Caxton cards. Eligible schools must meet the normal Caxton Business Account terms and conditions available on the Caxton website. Qualifying schools will receive £50 credit for 5 cards, or £100 credit for 10 cards, within the promotional period.

A representative from the school must submit the form and will be contacted by the Caxton Business Development team within 72 hours. When they go through the necessary steps to open a business account and sign up for at least 5 cards, their Business Account will be loaded with credit.

A single school account can receive one credit of up to £100 upon meeting the promotional terms.

Accounts will be credited automatically. 

Any valuation of the prize(s) stated above is based on available information provided to the Company, and the value of any prize awarded to a winner may need to be reported for tax purposes as required by law. Each winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes.

The Company reserves the right to disqualify any school and may refuse to award any offer if ineligible for a Caxton Account or if the individual has violated any rule, gained unfair advantage in participating in the offer, or obtained the offer using fraudulent means. Further, the Company will resolve any disputes, conflicting claims or ambiguities concerning the rules and the Promoter’s decisions concerning such disputes shall be final. All decisions will be made by the Promoter and are final. The Company may waive any of these rules in its sole discretion.

The Company reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion and these terms and conditions without notice at any time without any obligation to compensate any damages on behalf of the participant. Any changes to the competition will be notified to participants as soon as possible by the Company.

The participant consents to the processing of personal data in connection with participation in the offer. The Company may add the personal information to its database, which is confidential and will be treated in accordance with data protection regulations. Personal information may be used to execute the offer. In this context, the Company is entitled to provide personal data to third parties involved in the offer. Moreover, the participant gives permission to the Company to keep him/her informed of the products and/or services of the Company, its partners and carefully selected companies. Where possible, the Company requires that third parties who handle or obtain personal information as service providers acknowledge the confidentiality of this information, undertake to respect any individual’s right to privacy and comply with the data protection principles and this policy. Please note that third parties are not covered by our privacy policy and are not subject to our privacy standards and procedures.

If one or more conditions of the general and/or specific terms and conditions are void or invalid, this will not affect the validity of the remaining conditions of the general and/or specific terms and conditions. When the general terms and conditions differ from those determined in the specific terms and conditions applicable to a promotion, the specific terms and conditions for that promotion shall prevail.

This promotion and other promotional activities of the Company need to adhere any applicable laws of England and Wales, which take precedence over any rule to the contrary herein.

These Terms and Conditions are to be interpreted in accordance with English law and an dispute arising out of these Terms or their subject matter is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
