Promoter
The promoter is Caxton Payments Ltd of 2 Leman Street, London, E1 8FA, United Kingdom or such of its subsidiaries or its affiliates as may be named in the specific conditions (hereinafter "Company").
Promotion Period
The Caxton Payments Card Load Bonus Promotion ("Promotion") runs from 11 March 2024 to 27 September 2024 ("Promotion Period"). During this period, seven (7) spot promotional periods of 48 hours each, will be announced.
Eligibility
This Promotion is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age who hold a Caxton Card Account at the time of valid entry into the promotion in accordance with these terms and conditions. Employees of Caxton Payments, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
How to Enter
Participants must load their card with a minimum of £1500 of any currency, excluding GBP, in one load, to be eligible for a spot promotion.
Each spot promotion will have twenty (20) winners, making a total of 140 winners over the Promotion Period.
Entries will be automatically recorded upon the completion of a qualifying card load.
The timing of each spot promotion will be a random date within the promotional period. Participants will be notified of the opportunity to enter the promotion via email and Instagram.
Prizes
A total of 140 winners will each receive an Apple AirTag.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for each spot promotion.
Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected in a random draw from among all eligible entries received during each spot promotion period.
Caxton Payments, acting reasonably, will attempt to contact the potential winners via telephone or email within five (5) business days following each draw.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted within five (5) business days after the draw, or if they are disqualified for any reason, an alternate winner will be selected in a random draw from the remaining eligible entries.
Proof of identification must be provided upon request before the prize is awarded.
Release
By submitting an entry into the promotion, each participant and winner waives any and all claims of liability against the Company and its employees, for any personal injury or loss which may occur from the conduct of, or participation in, the promotion, or from the use of any prize.
Taxes
Any valuation of the prize(s) stated above is based on available information provided to the Company, and the value of any prize awarded to a winner may be reported for tax purposes as required by law. Each winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes.
Decisions
The Company reserves the right to disqualify any participant and may refuse to award any offer to a person who is ineligible or has violated any rule, gained unfair advantage in participating in the offer, or obtained the offer using fraudulent means. Further, the Company will resolve any disputes, conflicting claims or ambiguities concerning the rules and the Promoter’s decisions concerning such disputes shall be final. All decisions will be made by the Promoter and are final. The Company may waive any of these rules in its sole discretion.
Right to Cancel
The Company reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion and these terms and conditions without notice at any time without any obligation to compensate any damages on behalf of the participant. Any changes to the competition will be notified to participants as soon as possible by the Company.
Miscellaneous
The Company disclaims any responsibility to notify participants of any aspect related to the conduct of this offer. Written copies of these rules are available during normal business hours at the business offices of Caxton and by mail upon written request with a stamped, self-addressed return envelope.
Data Protection
The participant consents to the processing of personal data in connection with participation in the offer. The Company may add the personal information to its database, which is confidential and will be treated in accordance with data protection regulations. Personal information may be used to execute the offer. In this context, the Company is entitled to provide personal data to third parties involved in the offer. Moreover, the participant gives permission to the Company to keep him/her informed of the products and/or services of the Company, its partners and carefully selected companies. Where possible, the Company requires that third parties who handle or obtain personal information as service providers acknowledge the confidentiality of this information, undertake to respect any individual’s right to privacy and comply with the data protection principles and this policy. Please note that third parties are not covered by our privacy policy and are not subject to our privacy standards and procedures.
Severance
If one or more conditions of the general and/or specific terms and conditions are void or invalid, this will not affect the validity of the remaining conditions of the general and/or specific terms and conditions. When the general terms and conditions differ from those determined in the specific terms and conditions applicable to a promotion, the specific terms and conditions for that promotion shall prevail.
Compliance with Law
This promotion and other promotional activities of the Company need to adhere any applicable laws of England and Wales, which take precedence over any rule to the contrary herein.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are to be interpreted in accordance with English law and any dispute arising out of these Terms or their subject matter is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Program Overview
Program Overview
The Partnership Referral Incentive Program (“Program”) is designed to encourage our partners to refer new clients. For every two (2) eligible referrals submitted within a calendar quarter, the referrer will earn one (1) entry into a prize draw to win a reward valued at £500. The Program operates on a quarterly basis, with seasonal themes influencing promotional materials. This offer doesn't impact any existing partnership agreement you may have with Caxton.
Eligibility
Referrers: Open to individuals and businesses with whom Caxton has a formal partnership agreement and excludes employees of Caxton and their immediate families.
Referrals: Must be new contacts not previously engaged with Caxton and meet our standard qualification criteria. For B2C – the referral must have opened an account and traded within the period; for B2B the referral must have opened an account & a trade opportunity in the pipeline.
Referral Submissions
All referrals must be submitted through our designated website form
Each referral must include accurate and complete information to be considered valid.
Referrers are responsible for obtaining consent from the individuals or businesses they refer.
Reward Structure
For every two (2) valid referrals submitted within a quarter, the referrer earns one (1) entry into the quarterly prize draw.
There is no limit to the number of entries a referrer can earn per quarter.
The prize for each draw is a reward valued at a maximum of £500. The nature of the reward may vary and will be announced prior to each draw.
Reward Options
To cater to diverse preferences and company regulations regarding incentives, winners may choose from the following reward options:
Gift Cards and Vouchers: For popular retailers, restaurants, or online stores.
Experience-Based Rewards: Such as team-building events or exclusive experiences.
Exclusive Access: VIP tickets to industry conferences, webinars, or workshops.
Charitable Donations: A donation made to a charity of the winner’s choice on their behalf.
Caxton reserves the right to determine the final reward options available for each draw. The maximum value of the reward is £500 or equivalent at the date of purchase.
Winner Selection & Notification
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries at the end of each quarter.
The draw will be conducted within the first week following the end of the quarter.
Winners will be notified via email and announced in our monthly Partner Newsletter and on our official LinkedIn page.
Tracking & Reporting
All referrals will be tracked through the Caxton website.
Monthly reports will be generated to monitor referral submissions and entries.

General Conditions
Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
