This promotion is a Prize Draw for any Caxton Customer that refers a friend between 24 November 2025 - 23 December 2025. These terms and conditions are correct at time of being published and may be subject to change without notice. 

The Caxton £1,000 Holiday Money Prize Draw runs from 24 November - 23 December October 2025 ("Promotion Period").

The promotion is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age who hold a Caxton Card Account at the time of valid entry into the promotion in accordance with these terms and conditions. 

The referrer must share the referral code available in the Caxton web application or mobile application as a link, code or QR code. When the referred customer opens their account they must load £50 equivalent of any of the 13 currencies available to buy, excluding GBP, in one load and both parties will receive £10. The referrer will then be automatically entered into the prize draw to win £1,000 onto their Caxton Card. Every referred account that is opened counts as one entry. 

You can refer new customers an unlimited amount of times with each referral that meets the promotional terms resulting in an entry into the prize draw and the referral bonus of £10 each time.

The winner will be announced on 24 December 2025 at 9am.

Any valuation of the prize(s) stated above is based on available information provided to the Company, and the value of any prize awarded to a winner may need to be reported for tax purposes as required by law. Each winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes.

The Company reserves the right to disqualify any participant and may refuse to award any offer to a person who is ineligible or has violated any rule, gained unfair advantage in participating in the offer, or obtained the offer using fraudulent means. Further, the Company will resolve any disputes, conflicting claims or ambiguities concerning the rules and the Promoter’s decisions concerning such disputes shall be final. All decisions will be made by the Promoter and are final. The Company may waive any of these rules in its sole discretion.

The Company reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion and these terms and conditions without notice at any time without any obligation to compensate any damages on behalf of the participant. Any changes to the competition will be notified to participants as soon as possible by the Company.

The participant consents to the processing of personal data in connection with participation in the offer. The Company may add the personal information to its database, which is confidential and will be treated in accordance with data protection regulations. Personal information may be used to execute the offer. In this context, the Company is entitled to provide personal data to third parties involved in the offer. Moreover, the participant gives permission to the Company to keep him/her informed of the products and/or services of the Company, its partners and carefully selected companies. Where possible, the Company requires that third parties who handle or obtain personal information as service providers acknowledge the confidentiality of this information, undertake to respect any individual’s right to privacy and comply with the data protection principles and this policy. Please note that third parties are not covered by our privacy policy and are not subject to our privacy standards and procedures.

If one or more conditions of the general and/or specific terms and conditions are void or invalid, this will not affect the validity of the remaining conditions of the general and/or specific terms and conditions. When the general terms and conditions differ from those determined in the specific terms and conditions applicable to a promotion, the specific terms and conditions for that promotion shall prevail.

This promotion and other promotional activities of the Company need to adhere any applicable laws of England and Wales, which take precedence over any rule to the contrary herein.

These Terms and Conditions are to be interpreted in accordance with English law and an dispute arising out of these Terms or their subject matter is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
