This promotion is an enhanced refer a friend bonus promotion for Caxton Black card holders. For limited time, the promotion is give and get £10 when your friend joins and loads £250 of any eligible currency (excluding GBP) for their holiday. The money must be spent on the card or the bonus can be revoked. The normal bonus amount is give 5 get 5. These terms and conditions are correct at time of being published and may be subject to change without notice. 

The Caxton Payments Enhanced Referral Bonus Promotion ("Promotion") runs from 1st May - 31 October 2024 ("Promotion Period").

The promotion is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age who hold a Caxton Card Account at the time of valid entry into the promotion in accordance with these terms and conditions. The eligible currencies are  1.EUR 2.USD 3.AUD 4.CAD 5.NZD 6.HKD 7. CHF 8.JPY 9. DKK 10. ZAR 11. PLN 12. SEK 13. NOK 14. HUF.

The referrer must share the referral code available in the Caxton web application or mobile application as a link, code or QR code. When the referred customer opens their account they must first load £10 to get sent the card. This money is for them to spend on the card. Their second load must be with a minimum of £250 equivalent of any of the 13 currencies available to buy, excluding GBP, in one load. Once this second load is correctly complete, the referred customer will get an additional £10 equivalent currency bonus and the referring customer will have £10 put on their account. The money must be spent on the card.

You can refer new customers an unlimited amount of times with each referral that meets the promotional terms resulting in an enhanced referral bonus.

Accounts will be credited automatically if the criteria is correctly met. 

Any valuation of the prize(s) stated above is based on available information provided to the Company, and the value of any prize awarded to a winner may need to be reported for tax purposes as required by law. Each winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes.

The Company reserves the right to disqualify any participant and may refuse to award any offer to a person who is ineligible or has violated any rule, gained unfair advantage in participating in the offer, or obtained the offer using fraudulent means. Further, the Company will resolve any disputes, conflicting claims or ambiguities concerning the rules and the Promoter’s decisions concerning such disputes shall be final. All decisions will be made by the Promoter and are final. The Company may waive any of these rules in its sole discretion.

The Company reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion and these terms and conditions without notice at any time without any obligation to compensate any damages on behalf of the participant. Any changes to the competition will be notified to participants as soon as possible by the Company.

The participant consents to the processing of personal data in connection with participation in the offer. The Company may add the personal information to its database, which is confidential and will be treated in accordance with data protection regulations. Personal information may be used to execute the offer. In this context, the Company is entitled to provide personal data to third parties involved in the offer. Moreover, the participant gives permission to the Company to keep him/her informed of the products and/or services of the Company, its partners and carefully selected companies. Where possible, the Company requires that third parties who handle or obtain personal information as service providers acknowledge the confidentiality of this information, undertake to respect any individual’s right to privacy and comply with the data protection principles and this policy. Please note that third parties are not covered by our privacy policy and are not subject to our privacy standards and procedures.

If one or more conditions of the general and/or specific terms and conditions are void or invalid, this will not affect the validity of the remaining conditions of the general and/or specific terms and conditions. When the general terms and conditions differ from those determined in the specific terms and conditions applicable to a promotion, the specific terms and conditions for that promotion shall prevail.

This promotion and other promotional activities of the Company need to adhere any applicable laws of England and Wales, which take precedence over any rule to the contrary herein.

These Terms and Conditions are to be interpreted in accordance with English law and an dispute arising out of these Terms or their subject matter is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
