Airport Parking Booking Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern airport parking booked through the Caxton platform, website or mobile application (“Platform”).
By making a booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. About Us
1.1 These Terms & Conditions are between you and Caxton.
1.2 In these Terms:
- “Caxton”, “we”, “us” and “our” means Caxton.
- “You” means the person making the booking.
- “Supplier” means the third-party airport parking provider fulfilling the booked service.
1.3 Caxton provides a booking platform that allows customers to search for, compare and reserve airport parking provided by independent third-party Suppliers.
1.4 Operational delivery of the booked service remains the responsibility of the relevant Supplier.
2. Booking Process
2.1 All bookings are subject to availability.
2.2 A booking is only confirmed once:
- payment has been successfully processed; and
- a booking confirmation email has been issued.
2.3 You are responsible for ensuring:
- all booking details are accurate;
- your email address is correct; and
- you review your booking confirmation carefully.
2.4 Caxton reserves the right to refuse, cancel or amend bookings where:
- pricing or availability errors occur;
- Supplier systems fail;
- fraud or misuse is suspected; or
- the Supplier is unable to fulfil the booking.
Where payment has already been taken, a full refund will be provided.
3. Supplier Services
3.1 Parking services available through the Platform are operated by independent third-party Suppliers.
3.2 Supplier-specific operational terms may apply to your booking, including:
- arrival procedures;
- transfer arrangements;
- vehicle restrictions;
- access requirements; and
- operational policies.
3.3 Relevant Supplier information will be provided during booking or within your confirmation email.
3.4 Failure to follow Supplier instructions may result in refusal of service without refund.
4. Pricing & Payment
4.1 All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.
4.2 Prices and availability are dynamic and may change until a booking is confirmed.
4.3 Additional charges may apply where:
- you arrive earlier or later than booked;
- you return later than booked;
- your vehicle exceeds stated restrictions; or
- additional services are requested directly from the Supplier.
4.4 Any additional charges must be paid directly to the Supplier where applicable.
5. Cancellation & Amendments
5.1 The cancellation terms applicable to your booking will be clearly displayed during checkout and in your booking confirmation.
5.2 Bookings may be classified as:
- Flexible;
- Semi-Flexible; or
- Non-Refundable.
5.3 Flexible bookings may be cancelled or amended up to 24 hours before the scheduled service start time unless otherwise stated.
5.4 Semi-Flexible bookings may be cancelled or amended within the timeframe displayed during booking.
5.5 Non-Refundable bookings cannot be amended, cancelled or refunded.
5.6 Once the booked parking period has commenced:
- no refunds will be provided for unused parking time; and
- early vehicle collection will not entitle you to a partial refund.
5.7 Amendments are subject to availability and any applicable price difference.
5.8 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
6. No Shows & Failure to Use the Service
6.1 If you fail to arrive for your booking, or arrive outside the permitted operational conditions of the Supplier, the booking may be treated as a no-show.
6.2 No refunds will be provided for no-shows or partially used bookings unless otherwise required by law.
7. Vehicle Responsibility & Claims
7.1 Vehicles are parked at your own risk except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
7.2 Claims relating to:
- vehicle damage;
- theft;
- delays;
- loss of possessions; or
- service quality
must be raised directly with the relevant Supplier responsible for operating the service.
7.3 You should inspect your vehicle before leaving the parking facility and immediately report any concerns directly to the Supplier.
7.4 Caxton is not responsible for:
- acts or omissions of Suppliers;
- vehicle damage or theft;
- items left within vehicles;
- missed flights;
- airport disruption; or
- delays outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under English law.
8. Our Liability
8.1 Caxton is responsible for:
- processing bookings;
- payment handling; and
- customer support relating to the booking, amendment and cancellation process.
8.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Caxton shall not be liable for:
- operational failures by Suppliers;
- airport closures;
- traffic delays;
- severe weather;
- strikes;
- terrorism;
- governmental restrictions; or
- events outside our reasonable control.
8.3 Where Caxton is found liable, our total liability shall not exceed the total booking amount paid.
8.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by negligence;
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
- your statutory consumer rights.
9. Customer Responsibilities
9.1 You are responsible for:
- ensuring your vehicle is roadworthy, insured and legally compliant;
- allowing sufficient travel time;
- following Supplier instructions; and
- ensuring booking details are accurate.
9.2 Failure to comply with Supplier requirements may result in refusal of service without refund.
10. Data Protection
10.1 Caxton processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10.2 In order to fulfil your booking, we may share your personal data with:
- airport parking Suppliers;
- API and technology partners;
- payment processors; and
- customer support providers.
10.3 We only share data necessary to process and manage your booking.
11. Complaints
11.1 Complaints relating to:
- booking administration;
- payment processing; or
- booking confirmations
should be directed to Caxton Customer Support.
11.2 Complaints relating to operational delivery of the parking service should be directed to the relevant Supplier.
12. Changes to These Terms
12.1 We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
12.2 The version in force at the time of booking will apply to your reservation.
13. Governing Law
13.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
13.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
