Parker Holland, our Product Owner announces the very exciting and long awaited news Apple and Google Pay are coming to Caxton business expense cards.
We announced upgraded online support page with articles and ability to submit and track tickets. Your client success manager will always be available to you but this new system will also support you.
The following updates to Business Expense Management were announced
Single login for Owners/Administrators who have a card Example: One email, one login. Instead of having to keep track of different email addresses for your Caxton card account and the Caxton Administration account for your business, you will be able to login with one email and have access to everything.
Virtual Cards Example: One time use card numbers that you can use online. This helps protect your physical card number from data breaches at different suppliers, so you can place orders online with the confidence that your card information is safe.
Disputes for Card purchases in platform for Owners/Administrators Example: Say an unauthorised charge appears on one of your cards. You will be able to submit a dispute for that charge directly on the Caxton platform.
Ability for Owners/Administrators to submit expenses for Users Example: A card user misplaced a receipt and found it later, or is having issues uploading the receipt. You will be able to upload and submit for them.
