World-
News is coming in trickles and then pours, with most watching the leaders of the US admin for clues on where next. As an analyst, my job of attempting to sift through current trends to make conclusions about future trends is made much more difficult by the total lack of coherency and transparency from the admin so far.
No exit strategy has been discussed, the President hinted at a short war last night by saying "Oil prices will come down soon", contradicting what Pete Hegseth, Sec. of War, said earlier that there is "no fixed timescale and we can go on forever".
This lack of solid plans or even the imprint of some sort of end game for this is what is really rattling markets for the moment. I suspect there is no plan being made clear, because there is no plan, Occam's razor. I suspect the Americans expected this to end in a day and as we enter day 6, the Americans are hastily trying to invent a plan B.
